End User License Agreement (EULA)
KBReplay uses Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA) in all countries and regions. The license to use the application is governed by that agreement.
These terms describe KBReplay’s features, purchases and services; they do not replace Apple’s standard EULA or limit mandatory consumer rights.
Read Apple’s standard EULAAnalysis and Review
KBReplay counts repetitions and analyzes Kettlebell Sport videos to review sessions, keep a history, track progress and share workouts.
Automated results may contain errors. Review repetitions and use the available correction tools. KBReplay does not replace a competition judge or provide medical advice.
Your Videos and Content
You must have the right to use and share the content you import and respect the privacy of people shown in it. You retain rights to your content.
When sharing a capture, clip or video, you choose the destination and included information. Review the result before sharing.
FREE, Credits and PRO
FREE includes advertising and credits to unlock full analyses and their review and export options. History is available in FREE. PRO removes ads and includes the Progress dashboard.
The app shows available credits and access conditions. Free credits are not money or purchased credit packs. Credit validation may require iCloud and internet access.
Analysis credits renew by calendar month using the service’s UTC time. Check your available balance in the app. Deleting sessions or reinstalling does not reset credits; access records are associated with the iCloud account used.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Apple processes purchases. The price, duration and conditions of each option are shown before payment confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel renewal through your Apple account under the terms shown at purchase.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple subscription settings. Uninstalling KBReplay does not cancel a subscription. A permanent-access purchase, when offered, is not a renewing subscription.
Use Restore Purchases in the app with the Apple account used for the purchase. Request refunds through Apple; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
To cancel: iPhone or iPad Settings → your name → Subscriptions → KBReplay. Check the expiry date there. Cancelling renewal does not delete your sessions. A permanent-access purchase is a one-time purchase without recurring renewal; it does not replace or automatically cancel a previous subscription.
If a purchase or paid feature does not work correctly, contact kbreplay@gmail.com. Payment and refund handling through Apple does not limit statutory conformity rights or withdrawal rights where applicable. Using this website does not imply that you waive those rights.
Advertising and External Services
FREE uses Google Mobile Ads and Google UMP for advertising and consent. PRO does not display ads. Apple provides purchases and iCloud. These services are also subject to their applicable terms.
Read the Privacy Policy for information about data processing and consent choices.
Storage and Availability
Analysis runs on your device. Sync, purchases and some checks require external services and may be unavailable offline.
Keep a copy of videos you wish to retain. Deleting the app does not necessarily delete synchronized data or purchases.
Use and Rights
Use KBReplay lawfully, without infringing third-party rights or interfering with the service. Rights to the software, design and brand belong to their respective holders.
These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and Enquiries
The update date appears on this page. Changes will respect applicable rights in purchases already made. Contact kbreplay@gmail.com with questions.
