KBReplay Support
Need help with KBReplay? Find answers to common questions about importing videos, analyzing your training, reviewing repetitions and managing your sessions.
If you still need help, you can contact us at:
kbreplay@gmail.com01Getting Started
KBReplay analyzes recorded Kettlebell Sport training sessions.
To get started:
- Import a compatible video from your device.
- Select the athlete or area of the video you want to analyze when required.
- Configure the training information requested by KBReplay.
- Start the analysis.
- Review your results and detected repetitions.
- For best results, use a video where the athlete and kettlebell remain clearly visible throughout the set.
02Video Analysis
KBReplay processes your training video and uses pose and movement information to identify repetitions and calculate training metrics.
Analysis results may include information such as:
- Detected repetitions
- Exercise
- Duration
- Pace / RPM
- Hand or side information when applicable
- Weight and other session information entered or available in the app
- Automatic detection may occasionally miss or incorrectly identify a repetition.
- KBReplay therefore allows you to review your training and, where supported, correct the detected result.
03Reviewing Your Training
KBReplay is designed not only to analyze a set, but also to help you review what happened during it.
Use the integrated video player to navigate through your training, review specific moments and inspect detected repetitions.
Playback controls and available review tools may vary depending on the version of the app and the analysis performed.
04Correcting Repetitions
Automatic video analysis is not infallible.
If KBReplay misses a repetition or detects one incorrectly, available review tools can be used to correct the result.
This allows the final training record to better reflect what actually happened during the session.
05Mirrored Videos
Some videos may have been mirrored by the recording device, camera application or during editing.
If left and right appear reversed during analysis, use the mirrored video option available during video preparation when applicable.
This changes how KBReplay interprets left and right for the analysis. It does not change which arm you actually used during the training.
06Training History
KBReplay can keep a record of your analyzed training sessions according to the features available in your version of the app.
Saved information can be used to review previous sessions and follow your training progress over time.
Training history is available in FREE. The Progress dashboard requires PRO.
07KBReplay FREE & PRO
KBReplay offers FREE and PRO access.
FREE includes advertising and analysis credits that unlock full workout analysis, review and sharing.
PRO removes advertising and includes the Progress dashboard. Check the app for the current analysis allowance and purchase options.
The exact features and purchase options shown inside KBReplay are the current applicable offering.
08Your Videos & Privacy
Video analysis is designed to be performed on your device.
KBReplay does not require your training videos to be uploaded to an external server for the core video analysis process.
iCloud synchronizes sessions, profile information and analysis images; Apple handles purchases and Google provides advertising and consent in FREE. Complete videos are not synchronized through KBReplay’s CloudKit system.
For complete information about data handling, read the KBReplay Privacy Policy.
Privacy Policy09Having trouble with an analysis?
If an analysis does not produce the expected result, check:
- The athlete remains visible
- The kettlebell is visible during the relevant movement
- The video is sufficiently clear
- The athlete is correctly selected or cropped
- The correct exercise or analysis configuration has been selected
- Mirrored-video settings are correct when left and right are reversed
- Automatic recognition can be affected by camera position, occlusion, lighting, movement, video quality and other recording conditions.
10Credits, iCloud and full analysis
Check your credit balance in the app. Credits renew by calendar month using the service’s UTC time; reinstalling or deleting sessions does not reset the balance.
If you see “Full analysis unavailable”, check that you are signed in to iCloud, have an internet connection and the service is available. Retry when connectivity is restored. If the issue persists, send support the error text, iOS version and KBReplay version; never send your password.
History is available in FREE. PRO removes ads and adds the Progress dashboard; full-analysis review and export options can also be unlocked with credits.
11Restore purchases and cancel PRO
To recover a purchase, use Restore Purchases in KBReplay with the Apple account used for payment and an internet connection. Restoring purchases does not make a new purchase.
To cancel a subscription: iPhone or iPad Settings → your name → Subscriptions → KBReplay. Check the expiry date shown by Apple. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
To request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com. If PRO is not recognized after restoring, contact support without sending card details or passwords.
Purchases and terms of use12Delete sessions and data
Delete a session from History and open Trash to restore it or delete it permanently. You can configure a retention period of 7 or 30 days; the default is 30.
Permanent deletion synchronizes with iCloud when connectivity and the service are available. Copies in Photos, Files or places where you shared a video are deleted separately.
